Combination Adventure Trips

Our specialized trips are customized to your needs, and represent a unique combination of experiences. Schedules allow for combination trips including:

Fishing

If interests or abilities of group members are “mixed”, adventure combinations are best selected simultaneously. A family vacation, for example, could include a hike trip and a fishing trip based from the same camp.

All-Inclusive Packages

Our all-inclusive packages include your accommodation, meals, and guides. Other features such as the transportation of your gear during your alpine hike, or the tack and related equipment during your pack trip, are also part of the package.

Western Activity Add-Ons

Target practice, bareback lessons, fishing, gold panning, fly-fishing lessons, horse logging demonstrations, and grizzly viewing are only some of the exciting western activity options available to our guests.

Healthy Meals

During your stay, you’ll dine on our legendary western fare. Satisfy your newly discovered appetite on unlimited fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious and hearty main courses, with lots of homemade baking. Guests frequently ask for a copy of our recipes to take home with them! Some favorites include, lasagna, meatloaf, tomato salad with balsamic and olive oil dressing, chick pea and spinach salad, oatmeal cookies, and butter tart squares. One serving is never enough.

Customized Service

Our guide-to-guest ratio is among the highest in the industry, and forms the basis for our personal and customized service. Whether it’s wilderness trail education, learning wildlife habits, or the perfect fly-fishing technique, every guest will find their life enriched by the experience and new skills they take home with them.

Wildflower meadows

Everyone knows that a well-matched group can make or break a trip, so we match our guests according to similar abilities, interests, and ages. Here’s how it works: You assess your level and, when you book, this “sets the standard” for the trip. We then match others according to similar interests and abilities. Families, for example, are matched with families, and not with other adults. Experienced are matched with experienced, and novice with novice. Our guests can rest assured that the camaraderie of their group will be one of the many highlights of their wilderness experience.

If you put your own group together, it takes the pressure off us. To show our appreciation, an organizer that brings six or more guests comes at no charge. Spread across the group, this represents a saving of almost 15% and your group can have the ranch or camp for your own private adventure.

Whether you bring your own group or we match the group, ranch-based groups numbering 12 and under are preferred. Groups of 10 are easily accommodated for hiking trips. Larger groups are accommodated by special request.

Service makes the difference. So you get the most out of your wilderness experience, we do all the work and take care of all the details. There is no camp setup, cooking, cleaning, and no grocery packing. We even offer transportation between Vancouver and our ranch so you can sit back and enjoy the spectacular scenery without worrying about driving or directions.
