Booking a Trip

You receive a thorough guest agreement when you book a trip with Chilcotin Holidays, to ensure you and Chilcotin Holidays are prepared for your wilderness adventure. Wildflowers The agreement includes trip details, pick-up and drop-off details (including accommodation we recommend in Vancouver), abilities, what to bring, waiver, and release of claims, as well as general information on topics such as weather and cancellations.

When you book your hiking trip, this “sets the standard” for the trip and we match others according to similar interests and abilities. For this reason, it’s important for us to know exactly who is confirmed. For planning purposes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is payable upon arrival at the ranch.
